MoveDanceSweat is a dance class based locally (For Adults and Juniors).
Adults: A friendly and energetic beginners dance fitness class, where you learn to express yourself with music and have a good workout doing it.
Juniors: An afterschool club run locally – starting from Reception. Introducing kids to the fun elements of dancing, allowing them to express themselves creativity.
Belinda Wright the dance teacher and choreographer has been teaching since forever and is CYQ Level 2 qualified in Exercise to Music. She brings different types of dance and its culture to the class namely: soul train, chart, flamenco, dance, africano, pop, r&b, dancehall and world music. The class is broken down into 4 sections – warmup; mse (muscular strength endurance); routine and a stretch out. Routines a selected based on the class, on the day.
All levels welcome. It is a fabulous and fun way to get fit.

What inspires you in your teaching?
At the moment Sia, 1000 Forms of Fear – the album is amazing; her voice! it just makes you want to move. Creativity to be enjoyed.
